  The only good thing about the hard rock is the comfortable beds. The service is so bad its a joke. The staff are rude. They tried to change our rooms on arrival to others we didnt book. You couldnt even sleep. They were in the Casino tower.. you could hear everything from the pool speakers.. Its good if your down there and partying but not when ur relaxing in your room. The food is terrible. The only good restaurant there is Nobu.. 18.5% tip is automatic on everything you buy at the hard rock.. Its far from everything. we moved there for Rehab.. and Rehab was shocking.. cold.. had about 200 people if that.. was the worst experiance ever! My friend ordered laundry. paid $150 for rapid 4 hour service, got it back in 16 hours..! still paid!

  If you do choose to stay here, stay in the HRH Tower.. the rest are garbage. Even the HRH you will experiance long delays for assistance with anything.. rude staff.. tiny Casino with no shopping... Not what i had expected out of the hard rock thats for sure! Never staying there again, nor would recommend it to anyone.. If you want to go to Rehab, just go there in the morning and buy a ticket.. dont stay at the hotel because of it.. its far from worth it!

  Rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean, beds were very comfortable..

  Charge you for every little thing.. things in the room are on sensors.. Security was over the top... Rehab has killed this hotel for the out of town guests who just want to enjoy the pool and relax.. way too many rules and regulations.. can't sit at one pool because of no lifeguard? I'm 35 years old.. really?

  The hotel receptionists, operators and Rehab coordinators did not have the same info about our complimentary wrist bands to the Rehab party which created a lot of headache. The policy had changed after we booked our room through a 3rd party. We ended up getting complimentary wrist bands finally.

  Pool facilities (multiple pools, lounges, waterslide) + luxurious, modern rooms were first class. Crowd was young and hip, especially during their REHAB pool parties on Sundays.

  I like that someone had to check to see if I had a hotel key before going up the elevators. The room was very comfortable and clean. I loved that I could walk into the hotel and hear music I enjoyed. Stood in line to check in a bit too long as not enough staff but restaurants great, staff very friendly and hotel lobby clean.

  I was put in a room next to the staff elevator which was constantly loud as it went up and down. Sunday morning staff were stacking extra supplies in same room where staff elevator is and kept hitting side of wall that joined my room. Not only did it scare me to death them hitting the wall but I swore the TV was going to come flying off the wall.

  Wonderful view and very comfortable room. However check-in was lengthy and chaotic and house keeping appeared to wander the corridors in the morning looking for an empty room to clean, so I guess poorly managed, but annoying when you are getting ready to leave room to check out.

  The add ons to the final bill, over and above taxes.

  the rooms are really nice and clean the casino has a younger atmosphere,

  i could not get a chair at the pool due to local resident let in the pool area(no one checking to see if you are a hotel guest) one of the four pools is a night club during the day loud music could not sleep in the room during the day and no hot water

  Our room was amazing and bright with spacious sitting, bed and bath rooms. The linens were luxurious, 2 big screen lcd's, music server and iPOD connection to the room! For <$100 I couldn't imagine something better for my tastes!

  The only thing that sucks about Vegas hotels is the resort fees, tourist fees and taxes that are not necessarily part of the quote.

  Greatest part of beautiful swimming pool was closed! Strict closing time for swimmingpool is 18.00 and some parts even earlier. Pictures at swimmigpool not allowed, however, from any room you can view the swimmingpool and take any picture you want.

  The room I got was in the Paradise Towers - newly renovated and cool, funky and super comfortable... the best bed I've ever had in a hotel! The outdoor pool is absolutely amazing. A must do on a weekend; try to get out of that comfy bed early in the day even after a night of partying!

  The hotel is not on the strip, but does have shuttles. It is the Hard Rock, so has a very young and rockin' crowd.

  It's really like a museum. I think it's the best hotel in vegas from my aspect that hard rock hotel is designed perfectly for music lovers.. and its casino and most importantly the pool was amazing..

  The hard rock music, decoration of the entire hotel, nice view from the paradise tower,comfort of the rooms,nice pool.

  Security staff rather rude and unpleasant, hotel is more recommended for young people during the weekend, too noisy at the swimming pool.In room, do not touch the minibar, you will be charged !!!!! and even if you do not touch...but receptionist is fair enough to refund in case of disagreement.
